Warranty Policy

At Watch and Mods , we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence in our brand. This warranty policy describes the coverage and procedures for requesting warranty service.

Warranty Coverage:

Product Coverage: This warranty covers the movements and functionality of watches manufactured by Watch and Mods and purchased directly from us or an authorized retailer.
The warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
- Parts and labor necessary to address defects.
- Movements that have stopped working and have not been exposed or tampered with improperly.
Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of original purchase by the first consumer purchaser.
What's covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace, free of charge, defective products or parts.

What is not covered:

This warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. This includes:

Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence.
Modifications by the customer or opening of the watch case.
Disobeying the instructions in the manual.
Normal wear and tear: scratches, discoloration, etc.
Water ingress or immersion (unless enhanced water resistance is purchased).

How to claim the warranty:

Contact us: Write to contacto@watchandmods.com to report the problem.
Proof of Purchase: Dated invoice or receipt is required.
Shipping costs: The customer covers the initial shipping. If the warranty is approved, Watch and Mods covers the return shipping.
Service Process: We will inspect the product and respond within a reasonable timeframe with the status of the claim.

Limitation of liability:

Watch and Mods is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or from the breach of this warranty. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.
